I can see it happening. EA only has one other SW title in the works after Battlefront (a Bioware RPG), so I'm sure they'd be all over a Maul game if the demo wows them enough. The thing about the first demo was, apparently it was too similar to the gameplay of TFU, right after TFU2 came out. That's why it was denied, in addition to Lucasarts closing.
Either way, we're finally getting new Star Wars games that are good. I missed that feeling from when I was a kid! Used to have 3 new SW games every year when the prequels were coming out.
