It's Dre, man. Straight Outta Compton, one of the first hip hop albums. Dr. Dre is making a new album and I guess a movie about the original album. The memes are a marketing thing. 
Read up on NWA and the original rap scene. It's actually pretty interesting. Dre, Ice Cube, Eezy-E, and I think Snoop Dogg were a part of NWA.
