Sony (PS4) has definitely discussed some better exclusives than the Xbox I can say that, and most definitely the PS4 runs in a full, dominating 1080p on its games. The Xbox One can only provide 1080p on several games, so far all I know is the Assassin's Creed game series. The Xbox is more of a "family, living room" gaming system. The PS is, and has always been a more accurate representation of a "gaming" system, as its primary focus is on gaming. One way is that the Xbox carries more apps then PS4. Those Xbox apps mainly feature movies, videos, and live TV. The PS4 has few of those, but then again... it is a gaming console.
Both may have few games atm, but both will always prevail with a plethora. But PS4 will be more dominate, only because people look more for a console that will provide the best gaming experience with minor problems. From what I read during both releases of the consoles, Xbox One and PS4 had problems at their Day One launch days. The problems being the consoles themselves! Failure and disappointment . But they resolved their problems and now PS4 has no major problems I've heard of since Day One, or should I say the first month. While Microsoft and Xbox One seem to continue with their problems.
Although I have the Xbox One and never have had a major problem with the console, I still believe Sony's Playstation consoles will continue to be more superior than Microsoft's Xbox until Microsoft realizes they should focus on "gaming" and not generally "entertainment".
