Pretty cool. 
Best option would be a whole new model, but that would be out of my league. And it would be a crazy complicated model too.
What I could try is to use the Magna Guard or Predator model as a base and skin it to look like this guy. Wouldn't be exact but could look cool. I can look around for any other model that would work as a better base.
